Menu Planning

We provide a variety of different customizable menus that fit the culture and demographic of your students. During the consultation process, we will discuss what is right for your school. The FoodImpact focus is local and therefore we seek out the freshest and most ethically grown food at the most affordable price.
​Menu plan options range from 7, 14, and 21 day menus, with cost effective and nutritionally dense choices. 
Menus are built by our nutrition educators who follow the Alberta Guidelines for Children and Youth, as well as Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating.

Education and Training

Training and education of staff members is essential in the success of any program. We will ensure that your lunch staff receive necessary training in food safety, meal prep, HACCP and nutrition as a part of the food system reconstruction. ​
